The Solution

To achieve the best solution for your needs, we determine:

• What do you want to achieve from the information/system?
• Is the required information available?
• How is the information going to be presented or used?

When you are happy with the proposed solution, a development schedule is produced and then development and programming commences.
We realise that your requirements may change as the project progresses and our flexible approach allows for this. 

Testing

When we have finished your programming, we develop and implement pre-release testing procedures using on-line test sites where appropriate.
We will ask you to be involved in the testing process to ensure that processes are fully optimised. 

Going Live

Your system will go live when we have completed testing and you have been trained in its use. 

Ongoing Support

We realise that your system may require some tweaking once it has gone live. We have a no cost bug fix policy.

Pricing Options
