Customer Portal
The Customer Portal on our website provides BioMedical Computing Ltd customers with a complimentary suite of value added tools to make their lives easier. These tools include:
- Customer specific download area
- Large attachment messaging
- Project management tool
The download area ensures that only you can download the files we post for you, providing you easy secure access to the files you need.
The messaging service allows you to send us a message with an attachment up to 100MB in size therefore bypassing any ISP email attachment size limitations. The selected recipient at BioMedical Computing Ltd is instantly notified when a new message is posted.
The project manager is a powerful tool to enable you to keep track of your currently in progress projects at BioMedical Computing Ltd. Via the easy to use interface you can add requests to existing projects and prioritise them alongside other requests. A real-time status field allows both you and BioMedical Computing Ltd to keep track of requests and easily see what action is required by whom. Every time an update is made you can choose to notify by email the relevent person either at BioMedical Computing Ltd or within your organisation to make sure the appropriate action is performed in a timely manner. At any point a report showing all requests along with attached notes and current status can be produced to provide an overview of the project to date.
