The New Inn is the last remaining hostelry in the Town which in the past boasted considerably more than of these establishments.

It is a fine building, serving excellent ale and food and is certainly worth a visit.  A limited number of fine rooms provide a delightful stop-over to the traveller, be he on foot in motorised transport.
