The Brief

Our client manages a number of residential care facilities for adults with learning disabilities. They required a complete system for managing all aspects of client care. They also needed a system of managing staff rotas, pay, holiday and training. An overall management and reporting system was essential in allowing senior staff to manage and monitor any of the facilities from any location.

The Solution

We created an internet based database application that covered all aspects of client care and staff management. The system includes the following features:

The Conclusion

The system provides all the management and recording facilities needed to provide a high level of care for the clients. Real time event recording by staff improves administrative efficiency and removes traditional paper based recording, analysis and reporting processes. Staff scheduling and budgeting features greatly reduces managerial overheads whilst the flexible reporting system allows instantaneous monitoring of care provision.
